Our flower box frames are handcrafted to be enjoyed for eternity. Here are some tips on how to preserve the longevity of your frame.
LOCATION OF YOUR FRAME
Neutral environments are best for styling your frames. Avoid keeping your frames in rooms that are moist or too hot/cold in temperature. Styling your frames in ideal conditions gives it the best chance to be enjoyed long-term.
FRAME MAINTENANCE
Regular upkeep of the frame is recommended. Wet cloths are not recommended for wooden frames as moisture can damage the wood. A duster can be used over the glass of the frame, as well as around the frame. We recommend using microfiber cloths for the glass of frame to remove any dust, lint and/or particles.
CLEANING THE INSIDE OF YOUR FRAME
If you notice dust collecting on the inside of the shadow box frame, feel free to open the backing of the frame and gently remove the cardstock with the flowers attached. A microfiber cloth or duster can be used to remove any dust, lint and/or particles from the inside of the frame. Place the cardstock with the flowers back and close the backing.
TRANSPORTING YOUR FRAME
If you are moving or need to move your frame, make sure to wrap your frame in a bubble wrap to protect any damage to the frame.
FRAME CARE
Storing your frame properly can help them last longer. We recommend storing them on a flat, safe, and sturdy surface. Shop our frame maintenance kits to upkeep the condition of your frame.
