Hiii there! My name is Quennie and I'm the owner and founder of Over the Luna. A small business based out of Mississauga, ON specializing in handmade paper flower boxes!
Over the Luna didn't start off as a business. It actually started as a hobby and a creative outlet during the most difficult time in my life.. the sudden loss of my puppy Luna. We spent every moment together but when she passed away, I found myself with a lot of time on my hands and no purpose. I decided to channel this sadness into art. I started off creating flower boxes for myself and as gifts. I soon got inquiries about selling my flower boxes and that's how OTL was born. I decided to name my business Over the Luna because I wanted people to feel "over the moon" about the gift they were giving/receiving and I wanted a name that would commemorate Luna.
Fast forward almost 2 years and a global pandemic later, I've quit my corporate job to pursue what makes me truly happy, my small business and teaching others how they can do it too! I've since realized that life is truly too short to be anything but happy. I'm so grateful to have been able to turn a dark time of my life into something positive!
At Over the Luna, we have HUGE dreams and visions. We love to shoot for the moon, and we won't stop until we get there.
